**UI/UX Designer - Roles and ResponsibilitiesUser Research & Analysis**
- Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and motivations through observations and interviews.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

**Wireframing & Prototyping**
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
- Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision for rapid prototyping.

**User Interface Design**
- Design intuitive, attractive, and user-centered interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Develop responsive designs that work seamlessly across web and mobile platforms.

**User Experience Optimization**
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Continuously improve the product's usability, accessibility, and interaction design.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
- Present design ideas and prototypes to team members and stakeholders clearly and effectively.

**Testing & Feedback**
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.
- Monitor and evaluate user engagement post-launch for further optimization.

**Staying Updated**
- Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
