**Job Overview**

To ensure that all garments are **properly finished, ironed, inspected, packed, and ready for shipment** as per buyer quality standards and delivery schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Garment Finishing**
- Supervise all **finishing activities** — thread cutting, trimming, ironing/pressing, tagging, folding, and packing.

**2. Quality Inspection**
- Conduct **inline and final inspections** of finished garments.
- Identify and segregate defective pieces for repair or replacement.
- Coordinate with the **quality control (QC) team** to maintain AQL standards.

**3. Packing & Documentation**
- Ensure correct **packing methods, polybag labeling, barcoding, size ratios**, and carton markings.
- Verify that **packing lists** and **shipment documents** match the buyer’s packing instructions.
- Allocate work to **finishers, pressers, folders, and packers** according to production targets.
- Train staff on **handling garments carefully** and using finishing equipment safely.
- Monitor worker performance and maintain discipline on the floor.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Knowledge of **garment finishing processes** and **quality parameters**.
- Ability to handle **pressing machines, steam irons, and packaging tools**.
- Strong **team management and coordination skills**.
- Attention to detail and commitment to **quality & timelines**.
- Basic computer knowledge (for reports and tracking).
- Report **production efficiency** and **shipment readiness** to the production head.
- Keep **finishing stock registers** updated (finished vs. pending pieces).

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
