**Role Description - Digital Marketing Executive (Insurance Sales)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute social media, WhatsApp, and digital marketing campaigns
- Generate and follow up on leads from online platforms
- Create digital content, creatives, and promotional posts
- Assist sales team with appointments, webinars, and client conversions
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools
- Learn LIC products and sales techniques through direct mentorship from **T.G. Anbarasan**:

- Maintain lead reports and marketing dashboards
- Any graduate (**BBA, B.Com, BA, Marketing, Finance** preferred)
- Basic digital marketing knowledge (social media, WhatsApp marketing, Canva)
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Freshers welcome with learning mindset
- Goal-driven and willing to work hard to earn high incentives
- Creative mindset and interest in online promotions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
