Prepare and draft all legal documents related to apartment purchases, including sale agreements, registration documents, and any required affidavits or declarations.
- Proofread legal documents thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Obtain approval for all legal documents from senior management before sending them to clients.
- Send finalized legal documents to clients, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and complete.
- Maintain an organized filing system by filing the second copy of all legal documents and ensuring that all documents are scanned, named, and numbered correctly for easy retrieval.
- Ensure timely updates of all RERA compliance requirements and submit reports on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to handle any questions or clarifications related to legal documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant real estate laws, including RERA, and incorporate necessary changes into documentation and compliance processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal documentation, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property transactions, and RERA regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to proofread and catch errors in legal documents.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear and accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both clients and internal teams.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
