We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an entry-level QA Manual Tester.

Role Summary:
As a QA Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who have a strong interest in software testing and quality assurance, even if they have mínimal experience. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software that meets our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional requirements.
- Document and report testing results, track issues, and collaborate with the development team to ensure resolutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user expectations.
- Retest resolved issues to confirm their accuracy and ensure quality before release.
- Assist in preparing test reports and contribute to quality improvement processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts and software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills to articulate issues and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, JIRA, or similar).
- Basic understanding of bug tracking and reporting processes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software testing best practices.
- Any certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
