Experience 4 Years to 6 Years

Notice Period 0 to 30 Days

Location Pune/Bangalore/Kolkata/ Hyderabad

Extensive experience in software development and testing and hands on experience in GCP BIGQUERY, Snowflake, ETL (Informatica or DBT), SQL, Control-M) ,etc.

Experience in requirements analysis, gap analysis, requirements elicitation, requirements management and communication 2 Manages individual and team quality of work toward meeting or exceeding SLA targets 3 Strong analytical and prioritization skills.

Prior Cisco data experience & understanding will add advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Extensive experience in software L1/L2/L3 Data Ops/Data Support and able to coordination with multiple teams ( Business, IT, Dev team and Cross-functional).
- In-depth understanding of Tools & Technologies like : GCP BIGQUERY, Snowflake, ETL ( Informatica or DBT), PL-SQL/SQL, Control-M etc.
- Analyze the issues/ bugs and perform the initial analysis and RCA as per business requirements.
- Need to provide the STF/LTF as per the initial analysis and business requirements.
- Ability to resolve all data related production issues within defined SLA
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured Data Ops/Data Support rosters
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate support activities as per defined SLA
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and provide the quick updates to end users/stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Monitor daily scheduled jobs in prod env using Control-M tool.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
- Ability to capture and prepare the daily/weekly/Monthly/Quarterly status reports with Key KPIs and metrices
- Exceptional attention and prepare Runbook/Playbook
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
