As an Associate Content Analyst in the Publons Team, you will report directly to the Team Manager and will be accountable for below mentioned details and responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities:

- Work with editorial operations team for the Publons product.
- Expected to follow prescribed editorial policies, procedures, and instructions to capture the bibliographic information.
- There are certain volume and quality metrics that need to be achieved on a daily/weekly basis.
- Colleague is expected to have good communication skills, typing skills and a high level of attention to details.
- Expected to have the ability and willingness to do repetitive work in a highly productive environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies Required:

- Basic communication and analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Good typing speed 45-50 wpm with 98% accuracy.
- Confident and proactive team player, with good interpersonal skills.
- Freshers / 1-2 years of experience will also be looked upon.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimum/no supervision.
- Well organized and disciplined about policy, procedure, and standards.
- Ability to set priorities and be flexible in an ever-changing environment.
- Perseverance and courage to achieve goals even when circumstances are challenging.
