Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive / Engineer

Location: Kanpur

Experience: 3 to 5 years

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product standards.

Perform root cause analysis using tools like 8D and prepare CAPA reports.

Develop and maintain Control Plans, Quality Plans, and inspection procedures.

Handle inspection and testing activities for products made using CNC and VMC machines.

Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards.

Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits.

Maintain and improve the quality management system documentation.

Key Skills Required:
Proficient knowledge of CNC and VMC machines

Experience with 8D problem-solving methodology

Expertise in CAPA Sheet, Control Plan, and Quality Plan preparation

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards

Good analytical and documentation skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

**Education**:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
