**Job Description: Machinery Mechanic - Printing & Packaging**

**Position**: Machinery Mechanic

**Experience**: 3-6 years working on printing and packaging equipment, including Heidelberg and auto die machines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform maintenance and repairs on Heidelberg presses, auto die machines, and associated equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Calibrate and fine-tune machinery for consistent, high-quality output.
- Execute preventive maintenance routines to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address equipment challenges effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma with relevant technical certifications desirable.
- Proficient in machinery calibration, upkeep, and repair.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities for timely issue resolution.
- Familiarity with safety guidelines and technical manuals.
- Strong communication skills and aptitude for teamwork.
