**Job Title**: JCB Driver (Backhoe Operator)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operating Machinery**: Safely operate JCB backhoes or similar heavy machinery for tasks such as excavation, trenching, lifting, and loading materials.
- **Site Preparation**: Assist in site preparation by clearing debris, leveling areas, and ensuring the machinery is set up correctly.
- **Material Handling**: Transport materials like dirt, sand, gravel, and concrete to designated areas on the site.
- **Excavation and Digging**: Use the backhoe's scoop, bucket, or other attachments to dig trenches, foundations, or holes as required by the project.
- **Maintenance and Inspection**: Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on the machinery, such as ensuring fluid levels are adequate, tires are inflated, and any worn parts are replaced.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe operation and minimize risks for oneself and others on the job site.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with other construction workers and supervisors to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain logs of work completed, machinery usage, and any issues encountered during operation.
- **Troubleshooting**: Report any mechanical faults and assist in troubleshooting minor problems.

**Job Requirements**:
