Vikalpa Foundation runs two flagship programmes, namely, **Super 100 **and **Mission**

**Buniyaad, **in collaboration with Haryana Government and School Education Department of Haryana. We are currently looking forward to hire for our Edtech program “Mission Buniyaad” which will cater the entire region of Haryana.

**Job Title** - **Student Coordinator/ Counsellor**

**Report to** - Operations Team Lead

**Job Location** - Gurugram

**Job Type** - Full Time

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Informing the Academic Head of individual and overall student progress reports promoting accountability within the team.
- Updating Students' details on our database, and then sharing this information with Academic Head.
- Keeping track of the satellite centers and passing the information to the designated departments.
- Monitoring online classes and keeping a close watch on the students behavioural and academic progress.
- Complete assessments and tests, analyze results and provide feedback.
- Study and update student records
- Graduate in any discipline. Freshers welcome
- Experience in student coordination preferred ability
- Excellent communication skills and people interaction skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,250.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (required)
