**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plan and execute PPC campaigns** on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize bids and ad copy for maximum ROI and conversion.
- **Monitor daily performance metrics** to understand effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Create and manage A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to design compelling ads and landing pages.
- Manage and analyze campaign budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and generate expected results.
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals, and KPIs.
- **Stay up-to-date with PPC industry trends** and best practices.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
- Strong knowledge of various PPC platforms and analytical tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and others.
- **Proficiency in keyword research tools** (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush).
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Excellent analytical skills to monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams.
