**Accounts Executive**:
**Open Bills Clearance**: Clears the open bills and payments on Daily Basis.
- **Invoice Processing**: Process and review customer invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Billing Coordination**: Collaborate with sales, and customer service teams to gather necessary documentation and information for timely and accurate billing.
- **Invoice Verification**: Verify invoice data, including product/service details, bills, and terms, to ensure accurate billing to customers.
- **Customer Communication**: Liaise with customers regarding any billing inquiries, discrepancies, or disputes, and provide prompt and professional resolution.
- **E -** Way bills, Documentations, Material Checking.
