**Job Description: Accounts Executive - Steel Fabrication Industry**

**Qualifications**:

- B.Com graduate with proficiency in Tally.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a steel fabrication factory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Monitor inventory, costing, and stock reconciliation related to raw materials and finished goods.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and follow-ups on receivables.
- Assist management with budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Day to Day Inventory status and Accounts statements should be reported in system & Invoice need to be scanned and upload in centralised portal.

**Skills Required**:

- Expertise in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Prior experience in handling accounts in a manufacturing setup, particularly in steel fabrication.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
