**Employment Type**: Full-time / Contract (depending on requirement)
**Reports To**: Creative Director / Marketing Head

**Role Overview**

The Graphic & Website Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent designs across both digital and print media, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX for the company’s website(s) and digital platforms. This role requires a fusion of creativity, technical web design skills, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create high-quality designs for marketing materials, social media, and presentations.
- Develop brand identity assets, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Prepare print-ready artwork for brochures, flyers, and event collaterals.
- **Website Design & Development**:

- Design responsive, mobile-friendly website layouts and prototypes.
- Build and maintain websites using modern CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
- Ensure UI/UX best practices are implemented for accessibility and performance.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end designs with back-end systems.
- **Digital Assets & Multimedia**:

- Optimize graphics for fast loading without compromising quality.
- Create simple animations or motion graphics for social and web use.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.
- Ensure design language is consistent across all channels and touchpoints.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with marketing, content, and technical teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for web design implementation.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
- Creative problem-solving and ability to work to deadlines.
- Awareness of current design trends and emerging web technologies.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience (portfolio required).
- Experience with SEO principles in web design.
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

- Consistency with brand identity.
- Timely delivery of projects.
- User engagement metrics for digital content.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
