VAMRR Technologies accelerates digital transformation. It does this through both its business units, Ecosystem Engagement Business Unit & Enterprise Training Business Unit. This specific role that we are posting the job description for, is for the enterprise training business unit.

The Enterprise Training Business unit of VAMRR Technologies, offers training content creation services to large scale enterprises. The content formats and mediums include SCORM Content for all devices that can access the internet, Video Learning Solutions, 3D & 2D Animated solutions, Interactive Mobile Applications, Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality based training solutions.

**We are looking for**:
An E Learning / Enterprise Training professional with **1-2 years of work experience** in the E-Learning / Enterprise Training Industry, for the role of Instructional Designer, E Learning Content Creator & QC Executive. This will be an **“On Premise” “Full Time” “All Weekdays” **role from our office at Viman Nagar in Pune.

**Required Skills - Must Have**:

- Adept knowledge and experience of Articulate 360 as well as other E Learning Content Creation, Authoring & Publishing tools.
- Instructional Designing Experience, Know How
- Impeccable English Writing & Speaking Skills (Very High Proficiency)
- Impeccable Hindi Writing & Speaking Skills (Very High Proficiency)
- Communication Skills
- Eye for Detail & Experience in Editing, Reviewing, Correcting Content.

**Additional Skills - Good to Have**:

- Graphic Designing Know How
- Video Editing Know How
- Exposure to Manufacturing/Industrial/Engineering fields.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY**

**INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN**
- It will be your responsibility (and will require the Ability) to understand, analyse and convert Raw (and at times, incomplete) Content given by clients, into proper Instructionally Designed content focused on making the content most easily learnable, engaging and with high retention of the learning.

Ability to communicate, and work with clients/internal team to help articulate the exact requirement, and to make the content complete, if it is not fully complete.

**E LEARNING CONTENT CREATION WITH ARTICULATE & OTHER CREATION, AUTHORING & PUBLISHING TOOLS**
- You will be required to create highly engaging, interactive, responsive E Learning content in SCORM & Other prevalent E Learning formats. You will need to use the full power of Articulate 360 as well as other tools in a proficient manner for the same.

Knowledge of integrating all content mediums into Articulate, making it interactive, easily navigable, engaging and focused on learning outcomes. You will also need to be able to use the logic systems and develop quizzes and conditional narratives with Articulate.

**LANGUAGE QC, EDITING & CORRECTION (HINDI & ENGLISH)**
- You will be required to perform quality control via, review & editing for all written content material for language, grammar as well as proper contextualization and articulation. In English & Hindi languages.

**This role combines 3 different functions, and you will not be expected to perform all 3 functions on the same day, but you will be required to perform all these functions across separate days within the week or month, depending on what projects are ongoing and on which phases they are.**

**Work Timings / Days**:
On Premise role at the VAMRR Office in Viman Nagar, Pune.
10:00 am to 8:00 pm All Weekdays.

**Work Experience required**:
1-2 years (minimum)

**CTC**:
Probation (3 Months): INR 22,000 per month
Post Probation: INR 25,000 per month.

**Joining Date**:
Immediate

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
