Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience preferably selling CCTV & Cabling Solutions or related products (higher exp. preferred) - Graduate Degree Holder. - Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge. - The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach. - Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. - Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently. - Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets. - Maturity & Integrity - Confidence - Perseverance & Sincerity - Patience - Excellent interpersonal skills - Commercial awareness - IT skills - Numerical skills Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: To build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients Sales Executive Job Duties: - Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. - Understanding customer needs and requirements - Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. - Close sales and achieve quarterly quota - Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest - Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. - Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. - Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers; - challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy; - creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer; **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay **Experience**: - Field sales: 1 year (required) **Language**: - Hindi (preferred) **Location**: - Manali, Himachal Pradesh (required) Willingness to travel: - 100% (preferred) Work Location: In person
