Operators are responsible for managing computer equipment and ensuring that computer systems run smoothly and securely. Their roles and responsibilities include:

- Data entry: Entering data, troubleshooting processing issues, and generating reports
- Administrative duties: Scanning or printing large volumes of data and filing it in relevant categories
- Equipment management: Configuring desktops and other hardware components, performing routine maintenance tasks, and preparing equipment for day-to-day operations
- Software management: Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and software errors, and addressing user requests and problems
- Data backup: Saving copies of crucial files and data, and planning backup operations according to the company's needs
- Security: Ensuring the security of the company's computer systems and computer networks
- Documentation: Making appropriate changes to documentation as needed.

- Diploma (preferred)

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
