**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**:
- Conduct calls to customers to request and follow up on required **documentation**.
- Explain the **documentation requirements** and guide customers through the **submission process**.
- Provide clear and concise instructions on how to submit or upload documents correctly.
- **Document Verification**:
- Verify the **authenticity** and **completeness** of documents submitted by customers.
- Cross-check documents against company requirements to ensure **accuracy** and **compliance**.
- Ensure all documents are in the required format and follow company guidelines.
- **Customer Assistance**:
- Respond to customer queries related to document submission and verification processes.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure **customer satisfaction**.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, document verification status, and updates to customer profiles.
- Update customer information in the **CRM** or relevant systems as required.
- Ensure all documents are securely stored and compliant with **data protection policies**.
- **Compliance and Confidentiality**:
- Adhere to all company policies regarding customer **confidentiality** and document handling.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding **personal data**.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (**Bachelor’s degree preferred**).
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in **customer service**, **call center**, or **documentation verification** is a plus.
- Experience in a role that involves **sensitive information handling** will be considered an advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent **communication skills** (both written and verbal).
- Strong **attention to detail** with the ability to process information accurately.
- Good **organizational skills** and the ability to **multitask** effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer inquiries.
- Basic proficiency in using **CRM software** and **Microsoft Office** tools (**Word**, **Excel**).
- **Personal Traits**:
- Strong **interpersonal skills** with a focus on **customer service**.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a **problem-solving mindset**.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with **discretion** and **integrity**.
**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

**Working Conditions**:
- **Working Days**: Sunday to Saturday (**3rd Saturday off**)
- **Working Hours**:10:00 AM to 6:00 PM**
