**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge in Civil Engineering, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Preferably familiar with Zoho software

As a Project Coordinator Intern at Surekha Exports, you will play a vital role in supporting project managers and team members in the coordination and execution of sports construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Assisting in Project Planning**: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- **Coordinating Project Activities**: Work closely with construction teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and other relevant records.
- **Communication Support**: Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members, in both English and Hindi.
- **Site Visits**: Accompany project managers on site visits to observe construction progress and assist in resolving on-site challenges.
- **Quality Control**: Participate in quality control processes, inspecting materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- **Risk Management**: Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks, including safety hazards, budget overruns, and schedule delays.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on construction methods, materials, and technologies relevant to sports facility construction.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing project-related correspondence.
