Project Coordinator (1+ years IT Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Collaborate with the Project Lead to develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Assist in identifying required resources, timelines, and budget estimates.

Coordination and Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for project teams, clients, and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and information flow between team members and ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives and updates.

Task Management: Monitor and track project tasks, deadlines, and milestones. Proactively identify potential delays or roadblocks and work with team members to address issues promptly and effectively.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, project status reports, risk assessments, and change requests. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant parties.

Resource Allocation: Assist in allocating and managing resources efficiently to meet project demands. Coordinate with department leads to ensure the availability of required resources.

Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and work with the Project Lead to develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and take appropriate actions when necessary.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure project deliverables meet the specified quality standards and adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

Financial Monitoring: Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and cost projections. Help identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor project financial performance.

Project Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement. Contribute ideas to enhance project management methodologies and practices within the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or a related discipline.

1 Year Proven experience (IT) as a Project Coordinator or similar role in project management.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Understanding of project management methodologies, principles, and best practices.

Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
