**Job description**

We are excited to announce the opening of our flagship Asian Gastrobar in Mumbai, bringing high-end cocktails and delectable Singaporean and Malaysian cuisine to India. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences and are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our pioneer team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service & Order Taking**: Provide excellent service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.Accurately take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- **Food and Beverage Service**: Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high standard of service and presentation.Stay informed about our menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer any guest queries confidently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Work effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service crew members to ensure smooth operations.
- Process guest payments, including handling cash and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy periods.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
