Job Title: Financial Advisor

Reports to: Senior Manager/Team Lead

Location: Naraina Vihar

Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Consultant to provide expert financial guidance to clients, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to individuals, businesses, and organizations'.

2. Conduct financial needs analysis, risk assessments, and goal-based planning.

3. Develop and implement tailored financial solutions (investment, insurance, retirement, estate planning).

4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and loyalty.

5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base.

6. Collaborate with internal teams (wealth management, insurance, banking) to deliver integrated solutions.

7. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.

8. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to team and organizational growth.

**Requirements**:
1. 3+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or related fields.

3. Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

5. Proven sales and business development skills.

6. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with financial planning software (Financial Planning Toolkit, MoneyGuide).

2. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).

3. Industry-specific knowledge (retirement planning, estate planning).

4. Leadership and team management experience.
