We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales initiatives, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Sales Leadership**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Team Management**: Supervise and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their performance and career development.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- **Training & Development**: Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on new products and sales techniques.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote offerings.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
