**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Act as a central point of contact for all Sales Officers, Distributors, and Promoters across India.
Coordinate daily updates, performance tracking, and queries from the field sales team.
Maintain and update attendance records of all field staff regularly.
Collect, verify, and compile TADA sheets, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely submissions.
Follow up with team members to ensure timely data submission and report generation.
Assist in scheduling sales meetings, training sessions, and other sales-related activities.
Maintain databases and sales records to ensure accurate and updated information at all times.
Provide administrative support to the sales team and help streamline operational processes.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor//'s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 1/2 years in a similar coordination or administrative role, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or a sales-driven organization.
Strong communication skills - verbal and written - in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP or CRM systems.
Highly organized with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Self-motivated and capable of working with mínimal supervision.
