Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
MIS Reporting:

- Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.
- Generate accurate MIS reports for management review.
- Track sales performance against targets and highlight variances.

TADA Sheet Management:

- Collect and verify TADA claims submitted by Sales Officers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies before processing.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for timely reimbursement.

Sales Coordination:

- Act as the key point of contact between Sales Officers and the Head Office.
- Share sales targets, schemes, and updates with field teams.
- Follow up on target achievement, secondary sales data, and distributor issues.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.

Documentation & Compliance:

- Maintain proper records of field activities, approvals, and reports.
- Ensure all reports are submitted within deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
