The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other areas within the establishment are kept clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. This role is essential to creating a positive guest experience by providing a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Room Cleaning & Preparation**:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to the supervisor.
- **Public Area Maintenance**:

- Clean and maintain public spaces, such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and elevators.
- Ensure restrooms in public areas are clean, stocked, and sanitary.
- **Laundry and Linen Management**:

- Collect used linens, towels, and other laundry items from guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist with washing, drying, and folding linens, or organize the distribution of clean laundry to appropriate areas.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, including reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions.
- **Guest Service**:

- Interact with guests in a friendly, courteous manner when needed.
- Respond to guest requests for additional items such as towels, pillows, or amenities in a timely manner.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work as part of a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Report inventory needs, such as cleaning supplies and toiletries, to the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting is desirable but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing cleaning tasks.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with team members and guests.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.

**Work Environment**:

- The position involves standing, bending, and lifting for long periods of time.
- May require the ability to work early morning, late-night, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the establishment.

**Reports to**: Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
