The global building materials industry is worth $1.4 trillion, but its supply chain is currently managed with low reliability, transparency, and efficiency. We aim to bring the necessary manufacturing innovation to the global building materials supply base, allowing for a simple, efficient, and painless experience.

**Who are our Founders?**

Shaily Garg, a graduate of IIT Bombay, is on a mission to transform cross-border materials trade. Forbes named her one of the top 30 under 30 achievers in the world. She has also received a SheMaker award for her contributions to the manufacturing industry as a woman innovator.

Ashish Chandra is a graduate of IIT Delhi and a former PwC director with extensive experience in the UK and Middle East markets.

Both founders have extensive manufacturing, logistics, and trade finance experience.

**What will be your duties & responsibilities?**
- Financial planning and analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and plans to support the organization's overall objectives.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the organization, including the development of annual budgets and the creation of long-term financial forecasts.
- Financial reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
- Accounting and financial operations: Oversee accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Taxation: Manage the organization's tax strategy and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Strategic planning: Collaborate with other executives to develop and implement the organization's strategic plan.
- People management: Hire, train, and manage a team of finance professionals, including accountants, analysts, and other staff members.
