**Responsibilities**:

3. Managing Q&A: The moderator is responsible for managing questions and answers throughout the webinar. This may include collecting questions from attendees, reviewing and selecting questions to be answered, and moderating discussions between the presenter and attendees.

4. Time management: The moderator is responsible for keeping the presentation on schedule, ensuring that the presenter stays within the allotted time frame, and managing any breaks or transitions.

5. Troubleshooting: The moderator must be able to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the presentation, ensuring that attendees are able to fully participate in the webinar.
