Job Title: Interior Works Supervisor

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Interior Works Supervisor to oversee the interior design and construction of commercial building lobbies. The Interior Works Supervisor will be responsible for managing the interior design team, coordinating with external contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that all projects are completed within the set timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the interior design team, including architects, designers, and contractors
- Collaborate with architects and designers to create design concepts and plans for commercial building lobbies
- Manage the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Ensure that all work is completed according to the project plans and specifications
- Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Oversee the installation of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets all relevant safety and building codes
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that all work is progressing as planned
- Communicate with clients to provide project updates and ensure their satisfaction
- Prepare progress reports and present them to the management team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Interior Works Supervisor or similar role, with a focus on commercial building lobbies
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
