Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

Company Overview:

- Sorted Branding, a leading branding company based in Mumbai, is looking for a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. We specialize in delivering innovative branding solutions, including logo design, packaging, web development, and social media marketing.

Position Overview:
1. We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to contribute to our dynamic creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design compelling motion graphics for branding campaigns, social media content, and other marketing materials.
- Creating compelling CGI videos as per market trends using Blender.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver visually impactful animations.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and software to bring creative concepts to life in motion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to enhance motion graphics quality.
- Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Compensation:

- CTC: INR 250,000 to 400,000 (Depending on experience, skills, and other factors)
- Probation Period: 3 months (50% of monthly CTC), next 3 months (75% of monthly CTC)
- Joining Bonus: 1-month full salary after completion of the Lock-In Period (11 months)
- Additional Benefits: Sick leaves, paid leaves, performance bonus, commissions, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative motion graphics work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender etc)
- Excellent understanding of design principles, animation, and storytelling.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
