**Telesales Executive Job Description**

Telesales executives will utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to generate leads for outside sales teams.

**Language Should Know Only English And Hindi**
- Voice support.
- Nature of calls are outbound.
- Tagging the calls on the portal with details.

**Telesales Executive Responsibilities**:

- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Proactive approach towards daily tasks and responsibilities and performance
- Managing data and analysing performance for improvement
- Keeping process motive on priority

**Telesales Executive Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive is advantageous.
- The ability to follow scripts and process requirements.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
