**Service Coordinator -1 (Female): Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur) for 1 year contract**

**Qualification**: Any Graduation /B.E Mechanical /Diploma Mechanical with 1 to 3 years of service coordination experience in any industrial products or compressor.

**CTC** - 3.38 lpa to 4.58 lpa (Plus mediclaim)

**Job Summary**:To respond and resolve the complaint attend from the customer and Also achieve the target of billing on monthly and quarterly basis as against the target given.

**DAILY JOB**:

- Check the complaint received form Wadi and Dewas on regular basis.

Response to the customer mails/calls received for service complaints for (alignment & installation motors,panel,valve,bettery,mechanical seal )
- To prepare SIS ,CTF & PRF
- To prepare purchase order and challan as per the vendor requirements on immediate basis
- As per the requirements to give quotation for service and spares material
- Timely generation of invoice for spares and service as per the requirements
- Invoice for spares to be prepare at the time of supply
- Invoice for service to be prepare after completion of work
- Dispatches of material to be done through SYMCO
- To send documents and service reports submission weekly
- To prepare credit note.
- Submission of claims to KBL by monthly or quarterly
- Proactively to do mail for commissioning of product (at time of e-warranty of registration )
- Payment follow up to do on weekly basis
- E-warranty of registration for product to be done on daily basis.
- To do bus/train ticket travelling arrangement for mechanics scheduled visits
- To update CRM on daily basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
