- Troubleshooting operational issues belongs to Meraki Environment.
- Onboarding Replacing new Meraki switches Routers into network.
- Migration of new sites.
- Perform router switch network hardware software upgrades.
- Own each customer case from initial creation to resolution.

**Primary Skills**:

- Should have hand on experience on Cisco Meraki.
- Hands on experience of CiscoN84’s Routers, Switches
- Hands on experience on Load Balancer.
- Hands on experience on WLC s and wireless access points.
- Should have experience on velocloud SDWAN.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Degree in computer science or a technology-related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
