**Job Title: Travel Executive (Customer Support)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide travel options, fare quotes, and assist in booking processes.
- Communicate fluently and confidently in **English**—both spoken and written.
- Learn and operate the **GDS system (Travelport - Galileo)** for flight bookings.
- Support customers with changes, cancellations, and general post-booking queries.
- Keep records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Stay informed about travel routes, airline policies, and basic travel industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Excellent **English communication skills**—verbal and written.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic understanding of the **travel and tourism industry**.
- Good computer skills with the ability to work on laptops, MS Office, and internet browsers.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle responsibilities independently.
- Willingness to undergo **training on the Travelport (Galileo) GDS system**.
