**Scope**:

- To take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.

**Job to do**:

- Responsible for maintaining the safety of the company property and staff members.
- Undertake visits or round ups ensuring upkeep of construction site's property at all times, identify any security risks and report it to the superior.
- Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over
- Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols.
- Conduct patrols. Undertake visits or round ups ensuring upkeep of construction site's property at all times, identify any security risks and report it to the superior.
- Escort clients in and around the premises when necessary
- Ensure safeguarding of construction site's infrastructure and assets at all times
- Manage 3rd party sub-contractor security guards to ensure efficient security management and execution
- Assist employees and visitors during an emergency
- Monitor alarm systems and other security equipment
- Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities
- Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management
- Ensure adherence to SoPs and SLAs at all times
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) if not then the position will be on contract.
- Ex-servicemen are preferred.
- Physical fitness
- Honesty
- Some experience, usually at least two years, as a security guard or in a related role
- Attention to detail
- Good knowledge of security protocols
- Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
