Field Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer customer questions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Collect market and competitor information to support strategic planning.
- Report on daily/weekly activities and submit field reports to the Sales Manager.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Must be comfortable with extensive travel within assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using mobile apps or CRM tools for reporting..
