**Job Description**:
Are you a creative and skilled Website and Graphic Designer looking to contribute your talents to dynamic projects? We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative designer to join our team. As a Website and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs across digital and print media.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Customize and extend existing themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Design visually engaging and user-friendly websites that align with project goals.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement responsive and interactive web designs.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation across all design elements.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
- Develop websites on word press; woo commerce and custom coding if needed.
- Ensure that websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, implementing responsive design principles.
- Optimize user interactions and enhance overall user experience.
- Produce engaging multimedia content, including video graphics and animations.
- Collaborate with the content team to visually enhance digital content.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to bring design visions to life.

Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.

Compensation:
INR 15000 - 25000 based on experience.

**Requirements**:

- No other benefits will be provided.
- A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience for 2+ years as a Website and Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- **Proficiency in front-end technologies, including Wordpress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.**:

- **Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch.**:

- Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
- Strong design skills with a keen understanding of user experience and visual aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
