**Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's Degree** in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (dropouts with problem-solving skills are welcome)
- **2-3 years** of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of **performance marketing** and **marketing funnels**:

- Excellent **communication** and **collaboration skills**:

- Familiarity with **GenAI tools** is a plus
- Willingness to **relocate to Nagpur**

**Internship Requirements**:

- Passion for digital marketing and a strong **eagerness to learn**:

- Familiarity with **social media platforms** and **basic marketing tools**:

- Strong **communication skills**:

- Open to **freshers** or individuals looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing

**Key Responsibilities for Both**:

- Plan, create, and execute **multi-channel digital marketing campaigns**:

- Optimize **paid media campaigns** across platforms like **Google Ads**, **Facebook**, **Instagram**:

- Develop **customer acquisition funnels** & **retargeting strategies**:

- Set up **WhatsApp automation** for campaigns
- Track, measure, and report on **campaign performance** using analytics tools
- Collaborate with **content**, **design**, and **sales** teams to ensure successful execution of strategies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
