As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales. This role requires expertise in social media marketing, search engine optimization, and online advertising platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement, followers, and conversions.
- Create and curate compelling content (text, images, videos) for social media posts and advertisements.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to increase organic traffic and improve website visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and social media.
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and sales to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics and tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
