Regalo Kitchens is currently hiring for Talent Acquisition (Campus)

**Responsibilities**:
1-Taking care of campus placement at the pan-India level. Traveling to different colleges/Universities within and outside the city for the hiring of talent from campus.

2-oversee talent acquisition plans, which includes writing job descriptions for recruitment, carrying out interviews, and hiring suitable job applicants

3-Work with departmental managers during talent acquisition, ensuring that job applicants meet the relevant requirements for the position.

4-Managing employee relations, such as mediating and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive working environment

5-You must ensure that the organization complies with employment laws, and keep up-to-date with policies and practices to maintain compliance

6-Commit to affirmative action programs by countering workplace discrimination and promoting and executing egalitarian employment practices

7-Organize and deliver engaging presentations to upper management regarding HR-related issues, policies, and practices

1-Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.

2-Proven track record in Talent Acquisition (Campus) or other management roles.

3-Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and recommended HR practices

5-Proficiency in HR information systems and databases

6-Excellent oral and written communication skills. This includes being able to make effective presentations to upper management.

7-Maintain a fair and impartial perspective when analyzing a situation in order to consider broader implications for the organization

8-Ability to effectively respond to inquiries and complaints from employees and upper management

9-Effective problem solver who is able to analyze situations in order to create and implement practical solutions that meet organizational goals

10-Open for traveling to Pan India.

Experience - Fresher to 3 years of experience

Note - We are 6 days working with a fixed Wednesday off and office timing is 10.00 am - 7.00 pm
