**Need Marketing Executive for Real Estate Company.**

**Qualification**:

- 1 year experience in field work of Marketing (related to Real Estate).
- Good Communication Skill
- And having good knowledge on Real Estate and Relationship skill to clients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and determine effective marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales and marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional events, such as property expos, trade shows, and open houses.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, and with clients.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, optimization.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay updated on market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Track and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news, market trends, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of branding and positioning strategies for the company.
- Provide support to the sales team by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and facilitating communication.
- Stay informed about real estate regulations, legal requirements, and industry best practices related to marketing and advertising.
