**Job Description: 3D Artist (House Modeling and Visualization)**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **3D Modeling**: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of houses, capturing architectural elements and design features.

2. **Interior Visualization**: Design and render interior spaces, showcasing furniture, lighting, and decor with a keen eye for realism.

3. **House Elevation**: Develop aesthetically pleasing and technically precise house elevations, highlighting exterior details.

4. **Software Proficiency**: Utilize your expertise in 3ds Max to craft high-quality 3D models and visualizations.

6. **Collaboration**: Work closely with our creative team to align visuals with design concepts and project goals.

**Qualifications**:
