**Job Overview**:
Our game studio is seeking a skilled 3D Artist with experience in game-ready asset creation,

foundation in 3D modeling, texturing, and asset optimization, along with hands-on experience

working in game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.

As a 3D Artist, you will contribute to crafting immersive characters, environments, props,

ensuring assets meet technical and artistic quality standards. You will work closely with

animators, designers, and developers to integrate assets into the game while optimizing them for

performance and efficiency across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D models (characters, props, environments) optimized for real-time

game engines.
- Develop both stylized and realistic 3d models and textures using tools like Substance

Painter or 3D Coat, Z-Brush or Blender and Photoshop.
- Ensure assets meet technical and artistic requirements for PBR workflows.
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and developers to maintain artistic consistency and

optimize assets for performance.
- Work with shaders and material creation in engines like Unreal Engine and Unity.
- Assist in defining the visual style and quality benchmarks for the project.
- Optimize assets to maintain balance between quality and game performance.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in game asset creation for mobile, VR, PC and Console games.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling especially 3D characters and game-ready assets and

environment (Maya, Blender, or Z-brush) and texturing (Substance Suite or 3D Coat,

Photoshop, etc.
- Experience working in a real-time game engine (Unity, Unreal Engine).
- Proficiency in both stylized and realistic texturing approaches.
- Understanding of PBR materials, shaders, and lighting.
- Strong artistic skills in color, form, detail, and material definition.
- Ability to optimize assets for performance without sacrificing visual quality.
- A strong portfolio showcasing stylized and realistic 3D game art.
- Preferably at least one shipped title on any gaming platform.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of shader/material creation.
- Meta-human workflow knowledge for games is a huge plus.
- Marvelous Designer, Speedtree, etc. tools knowledge is appreciated.
- Experience with procedural texturing techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with rigging and animation pipelines.
- Experience with photogrammetry and texture baking.
- Level designing skills in game engines.
