**Neuronx** is seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting user-centric interfaces that seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality, ensuring an exceptional user experience across our digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences
- Develop user personas and journey maps to empathize with users and identify pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and test design concepts
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine and implement design solutions
- Ensure UI/UX designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and methodologies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
- Proven ability to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including user-centered design, usability, and accessibility
- Expertise in using UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for creating user-centered designs that enhance the user experience
