**Job Description**:

- Configure, maintain, and optimize Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Administer user profiles and policies within the Citrix environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve profile-related issues to ensure a smooth end-user experience.
- Implement and maintain security policies related to Citrix environments.
- Manage user access permissions and conduct regular access reviews.
- Knowledge on Citrix policies Monitoring Various Citrix Consoles including PVS Configuring Citrix Receiver on Client Devices
- Installing and configuring Citrix Provisioning server for vdisk streaming Creating pooled VDI s in PVS using Streamed wizard PVS Versioning
- Respond to and resolve Citrix-related incidents and service requests at Level 3 support.
- Plan and execute Citrix software upgrades and patches.
- Stay informed about the latest Citrix releases and recommend updates as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for Citrix configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.

**Primary skills**:
