**What you’ll be doing...**:

- Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Identifying design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Understanding product specifications and user psychology
- Conducting concept and usability testing & gather feedback
- Creating personas through user research and data
- Defining the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Finding creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)
- Working with UI designers/developers to implement attractive designs
- Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.
- Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Keeping abreast of competitor products and industry trends
- Experiencing working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

**You’ll need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant UX design experience.
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, InVision, Figma, and the like is a must.
- Basic Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills is a plus.
- Ability to work with users to understand requirements and design complete user experiences
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.

**Even better if you have one or more of the following**:

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Experience with UX writing, content strategy, or designing voice user interfaces (VUI).
- Professional certifications from recognized design or usability institutions (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group).
