Office Assistant

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Greet office guests at the reception desk and provide them with a hospitable experience
- Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
- Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
- Order office supplies and provide inventory control system
- Create export invoices and packing lists using our company's internal ERP system
- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying and printing of documents such as export inovice, labels/stickers for packing lists, engineering drawings, purchase orders from clients, etc.
- Visit our bank for the submission of our export documents
- File invoices, challans, gate pass, etc. for materials
- Add data of invoices in the account book and maintain a list of pending payments
**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum requirement: Graduation in any field
- Previous working experience as an Office Assistant for 2-3 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
