The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the payroll functions of an organization, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. This role includes managing payroll teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, handling tax deductions, and addressing employee payroll inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
- Oversee the calculation of wages, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll data, including attendance, leave, and tax withholdings.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management, including tax filings and benefit deductions.
- Ensure proper documentation and processing of employee terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits.
- Monitor and process employee benefits, including retirement plans, insurance, and other perks.

**Location & commitments**
- Employment type : Full-time, Permanent
- Location : Navi Mumbai
- Working days : Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role in payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 7- 12 Years
- Education qualification: Bachelor degree, MBA
