**Job Summary**:
The Executive - Founder’s Office will work closely with the Founder/CEO to support their strategic,

operational, and administrative needs. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual

who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, handle confidential matters with

discretion, and help drive initiatives that are essential for the Founder’s vision and goals.

**Responsibilities**

**Strategic Support**:

- Assist the Founder with day-to-day operations and decision-making.
- Monitor and track progress of various projects and initiatives on behalf of the Founder.
- Help in preparing and executing strategic business plans, presentations, and reports for key

stakeholders.

**Project Management**:

- Lead and manage key internal and external projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments and teams to ensure alignment with company

goals and objectives.
- Assist in the execution of special projects that may require collaboration with multiple teams or

external partners.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth

communication.
- Act as the point of contact for critical matters, screening and directing inquiries as needed.

**Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Be a trusted advisor to the Founder, providing feedback, insights, and solutions to key challenges.

**Location & commitments**
- Employment type : Full-time, Internship
- Location : Navi Mumbai
- Working days : Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays
- Experience : 7-10 years of experience in a fast-paced executive assistant, operations, or

management role, ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.

- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all

levels.
- **Education qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related

field (or equivalent Graduation)
